§501(c)(3) Advisory

The Olisa Foundation is a US, Texas  based (NGO) . The foundation owns 96.5% stock and equity in BiologicalAgents Professional Corporation or (BAC), a US Pharmaceuticals Company that manufactures Braunmycin ® ;a US patented anti-microbial with US FDA approved components; In addition, the foundation owns the American Journal of Biological Defense ® , a BAC trademark, that  publishes the Biological Agents INDEX.  Furthermore, the foundation conducts Not-For–Profit lobbying on behalf of BAC.  All donations will be used to manufacture Anti- TB/HIV/Malarial Drugs for export to South/Central America; and Africa at cost.  The Olisa Foundation  doses not have US government §501(c)(3) status.
